I give the Stellaris Casino and its representatives authorization to obtain and verify my financial information (including, but not limited to account balance information) from any source, obtain my financial and employment history and exchange information with others about my financial and account experience with the Stellaris Casino. I agree not to hold any of the entities responsible or liable for the information released, nor the Stellaris Casino for its use of any such information. I agree that the Stellaris Casino may retain and use the information on this application and any information it receives based on my authorization whether or not I am granted marker signing privileges.
Answers to the above questions have been made by me for the purpose of obtaining credit and I declare them to be true and correct. I give permission to the Aruba Marriott resort & Stellaris Casino to obtain information regarding my bank accounts and to request information from any recognized credit bureau in order to provide evidence of my financial status. I will not hold these firms responsible nor liable for any information released.
I understand that under Nevada law a credit instrument is the same as e personal check, and knowingly writing a credit instrument is the same as personal check, and knowingly writing a credit instrument with insufficient funds in the account upon which is drawn, or with intent to defraud, is a criminal act which may result in criminal prosecution.
I,____________________________________________________, acknowledge and accept that the laws of Aruba are solely applicable upon any agreement between Plant Hotel N.V. and myself resulting from me obtaining credit with the Plant Hotel N.V./Stellaris Casino and that the Court of First Incase of Aruba, and if need be the Appellate Court of Aruba and the Superior Court of the Dutch Kingdom, will have sole jurisdiction should any dispute arise.
I,___________________________________________________, acknowledge and accept that in the event of any dispute between myself and Plant Hotel N.V., Marriott International Inc. and/or Luxury Hotels International Management of Aruba N.V., I may be subpoenaed by the Court of the First Instance of Aruba and I explicitly acknowledge and accept that the Court of First Instance of Aruba and the laws of Aruba will have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. I freely accept this choice of forum and law, as well as the fact that I enter into this agreement out of my own free will. As such I understand the consequences of entering into this agreement in the sense that any verdict from the Court of First Instance of Aruba, and if need be the Appellate Court of Aruba and the superior Court of the Dutch kingdom, may be executed upon me in the country where I reside and that I will not challenge this verdict in any court where I reside.
The aforementioned relates solely to any civil litigation. Should any criminal prosecution result from this agreement, then Plant Hotel N.V., Stellaris Casino, Marriott International Inc. and/or Luxury Hotels International of Aruba N.V. will pursue this under Nevada law as previously stated.
