You authorize SAHARA Las Vegas and its representatives to obtain, verify and store credit and employment information from any source, including any information pertaining to your personal and business accounts in accordance with applicable laws. You agree not to hold any of these entities responsible or liable for the information released.
You understand, upon approval, your line of credit is for gaming purposes only and all credit extended is for use solely at SAHARA Las Vegas. Before drawing on your line of credit, you agree to sign all credit instruments (i.e., checks and markers) in the amount of the draw. You authorize SAHARA Las Vegas to complete any of the following missing information on these credit instruments: (1) the name of the payee; (2) amounts; (3) dates; (4) the name, account number, and/or branch and address of the applicable bank or financial institution; and (5) any electronic encoding. This information can be for any account from which you now have or may in the future have the right to withdraw funds, regardless of whether that account now exists, or whether you provided the information on the account.
You certify that you have the ability and intent to legally repay any advance of money. You hereby authorize SAHARA Las Vegas, in its sole discretion, to apply any and all chips, slots winnings, or other cash or cash equivalents that you may earn, redeem or receive while at SAHARA Las Vegas (1) first to the reduction of any outstanding credit balance, and (2) with the remainder, if any, to be returned to you.
You agree that Nevada law exclusively governs the terms of the credit line, advances or credit instruments. In the event a collection action is brought by SAHARA Las Vegas, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any state or federal court in the state of Nevada, as well as the jurisdiction of any other court where you reside or have assets. Your further agree to pay prejudgment and post-judgment interest at the rate of 18% per annum plus all expenses and attorney’s fees incurred by SAHARA Las Vegas in connection with such collection action.
You understand, for the purposes of Nevada Law, a credit instrument is identical to a personal check and may be deposited in or presented for payment to a bank or other financial institution on which the credit instrument is drawn. Willfully drawing or passing a credit instrument with the intent to defraud, including knowing that there are insufficient funds in an account upon which it may be drawn, is a crime in the State of Nevada which may result in criminal prosecution in addition to civil proceedings to collect the outstanding debt.
You certify that you are at least 21 years or older.
You certify that you have not been excluded from any gaming operation, nor have any of your privileges at any gaming operations been restricted either voluntarily or by action of law.
You certify that all information contained herein is true and accurate and if any information changes you will timely notify SAHARA Las Vegas.
