In the course of providing credit and other financial services at our casino, we obtain certain personal and financial information about our customers that we realize they may consider confidential. We know how much our customers value their privacy, and are therefore providing this notice to explain our policies for collecting and using this information.

We may collect nonpublic personal information about our customers from the following sources:

Information our customers provide on applications for credit and on other forms;
Information about our customers' transactions with us or with other companies;
Information we receive about our customers from other sources, including credit bureaus, relating to their credit history and previous financial transactions.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information we collect about our customers to those employees who need to know that information to process credit applications or provide other products or services to our customers. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural protections to guard our customers' nonpublic personal information. We do not disclose any of this information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

In the future it may be necessary to modify or supplement our Privacy Policy. Our customers will be informed of any changes to our policy in notices that we provide to them annually, and at other times as required by law.

Accordingly, I must be 21 years of age or older to apply for credit at Resorts Casino Hotel. I am aware that false misrepresentation of my age on this application and/or attempting to engage in gaming activity or entering onto and remaining on the casino floor, if I am less than 21 years of age, subjects me to criminal prosecution. I hereby authorize Resorts Casino Hotel, in its sole discretion, to apply any and all chips I may redeem, first to the reductions of my outstanding credit balance, with the remainder, if any, to be returned to me.

I agree that, in the event I fail to pay the indebtedness due to Resorts Casino Hotel and the indebtedness is placed with an attorney for collection, I will pay all counsel fees and costs incurred by Resorts Casino Hotel.
