Player Gaming Account Terms and Conditions

I (Account Owner) agree and confirm all the information provided is accurate and I understand the following terms and conditions

  • Player Gaming transactions are completed by the Account Owner and administered by Great Canadian Gaming Corporation (dba Great Canadian Entertainment) on behalf of its Ontario subsidiaries.
  • Players are prohibited from adding third parties to their Player Gaming Accounts.
  • Player Gaming Accounts may be closed by the Account Owner, the issuing Service Provider, OLG and / or AGCO at any time.
  • Player Gaming Accounts are related to Great Canadian Ontario properties; excluding OGELP properties at this time.
  • The issuing Casino Service Provider will not impose any service charge, nor will the Account Owner earn interest on the account funds
  • Player Gaming Accounts shall remain in a positive or nil balance at all times, and credit will not be extended to the Account Owner.
  • All negotiable instruments will be verified and validated prior to their acceptance in depositing into the Player Gaming Accounts.
  • Player Winners cheques may not be issued from a Player Gaming Account.
  • Account Owner accepts full financial responsibility and third-party activities are prohibited.
  • Any account inactive for a 36 consecutive month period may be closed and funds returned as per instructed by the Account Owner. If the Account Owner does not provide Great Canadian with instructions or the Account Owner is non-responsive, funds will be donated to a nonprofit charity approved by Great Canadian. If the Account Owner is deceased, the remaining funds may be redeemed by the Executor or Administrator of the deceased’s estate, subject to appropriate legal documentation.

Privacy Notice

Personal information is collected pursuant to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 and Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and is intended to be used for, inter alia, the following principle purposes, and for any further purpose deemed by OLG and/or the casino service provider at their sole discretion to be reasonably necessary to give effect to these purposes:

  1. for the administration of the Player Gaming Account program;
  2. to validate transactions;
  3. to audit, and maintain a record for reporting (and other) purposes as generally required by the OLG, the casino service provider, Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO), and Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA);
  4. to communicate with you in relation to your account; and
  5. to adhere with OLG and AGCO requirements.

I, the undersigned, hereby authorize and instruct Great Canadian Entertainment and its agent NRT Technologies, Inc. and VisuaLimits, LLC. ("NRT") and its affiliates to aggregate report data in order to evaluate my front money application as well as to update and/or review my account to provide services requested by me, as necessary or as required by law. I authorize Great Canadian Entertainment, NRT or its affiliates to verify such information through any source and to report any information to another casino, and to exchange any information with any of the affiliates of the Company. I hereby release and waive, and agree not to bring at any time in the future, any claims or demands against NRT or its affiliates relating to any front money investigation made pursuant to my authorization and instructions herein, including, without limitation, the collection, processing, and transmission of my information and data.
